At Brianna G Skincare, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because skincare products are personal-use items, we take product safety, hygiene, and integrity seriously.

Unopened & Unused Products

We accept returns of eligible skincare products within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We understand that every person's skin is unique and may respond differently to skincare products. Individual results, sensitivities, or personal preferences do not qualify an opened or used product for return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item was damaged in transit, defective, or sent incorrectly, Brianna G Skincare will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Sale Items

Opened or used skincare products, promotional items marked final sale, gift cards, and other items specifically designated as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
